RICO Prosecuted under Racketeering. Involves two or more parties at different organizations to conspire to manipulate; a syndicated conspiracy and can only happen if there is collusion leaving cause for suit.

There is no uncertainty this took place and it could only happen if there is collusion. This is tied to securities around the world… and now all the people have cause to suit. The parties will have to disclose transparency on their books finding insolvency imploding the city, county and state governments.

This is a scientific coup, a hologram of fraud with no business model a Ponzi scheme; precisely dangerous and is the LIBOR scandals promulgator. This fundamentally puts at risk the entire structure, a sequence reaction. No safeguards have been put in place for this to stop and the same thing is happening again and again.

As things implode they only engage in more reckless stealing ‘all sovereignty lost’ leaving the system entirely, completely unsustainable. Shutting down societies the separation and complete subjugation of constituents, leaving the whole system a waged war against itself, We The People ‘People Of The State’ is the same as tyranny.

When government wages war against itself it is dictatorial. Civil rights are being stripped away as well as Government is attacking itself. There has been no cognizance in this process this is economic recklessness; Constitutional suicide for a war waged against itself, extinguishes all self-governing processes of the whole society.
