Byron Donalds for US Congress

Earlier this week Sheriff Mack endorsed Byron Donalds for US Congress in the 19th District for US Congress.  Please read about that endorsement.  Hope that you will take that endorsement to heart and assist Byron in his campaign for Congress. 

You can get a ton of information about Byron at the campaign website: bio, positions, vision for America, videos, voting information and more. 

Certainly you can also contribute financially to the campaign. There are other things that can be done to assist Byron in this election, just from your computer:

You can follow him on Twitter, and monitor and retweet his tweets and encourage your twitter friends to follow.  He now has over 8,500 twitter followers and as we are all only a couple of clicks away from each other, you are probably only a couple of clicks removed from voters in his district. 

Liking Byron's Facebook Fan Page will also help a great deal. 

Also on Facebook, join the group:  Byron Donalds for US Congress.  Most importantly, should you join that group, look for the "+Add Friends to Group" box on the right hand side of the page.  There's over 5300 in the group now, and we hope to double that number.

Finally, here's my own endorsement of Byron that appears in the citizen endorsement section of his web site: 

 For 25 years, as a state prosecutor and in private practice, I have lived with the US Constitution’s protections of American citizens daily in court.  Byron Donalds is the only candidate who truly understands and believes the basis of our freedom and prosperity are the Constitution’s limitations on the federal government.  He is the only candidate who will faithfully follow those beliefs in the conduct of the office and call into question colleagues who do not.  We have a unique chance to send a citizen statesman to Congress rather than a celebrity or a political insider who believes that it’s his turn.

The chance to send someone like Byron Donalds to Congress is indeed rare.  The citizens of Southwest Florida’s 19^th Congressional District owe it to themselves, their children, grandchildren and our country to vote for and send Byron Donalds to the United States Congress.
