This is a comment sent out to a number of people on my friends list. I do this to get feedback on an idea before presenting it to the executive board for their approval.
I believe it is very important for all of us to file an Affidavit of Status with a county recorder. This affidavit will spell out exactly who you are and who you no longer wish to be: KIRK A. BECK is my corporate fiction name by which the government wishes to entrap me in a number of sinister adhesion contracts. When bureaucrats are put on notice that you will no longer respond or "accept" their invitations to contract, a new relationship is being developed. You are correct about the 9th. What I am really excited about is what I have been studying regarding the ANTI-Federalists and their arguments against the Constitution. They were adamant that the juries had the final decision power over the laws. And it was the jury that truly gave Americans the opportunity to impact laws on a local level.
Think about the attitude we have regarding jury duty which is prevalent today, and you can see what the real problem is: ignorance and apathy among the people.
Good news--we only need 10% of the people to know and exercise this right and we will have power. Your county can become free while the next county could be full of tyranny. Liberty will spread from where it prevails to where it does not.
I have been accused of being an optimist. I am guilty as charged.

We have many counties set up but mostly west of the Miss.
As to the 9th Amendment, where are you going with that?
Patty, we want the names, addresses and phone numbers of sheriffs who are constitutional and those who are not. One person's opinion of that is probably not sufficient, but there are materials we would want to send to your sheriff to help light a fire under his pants.
I am shocked to hear that people will not think of signing up because they fear intimidation from the sheriff. We have the law on our side IF we study to see how it REALLY works. I cannot go into detail, but knowing this is critical to success. Give me 25 people who know how to fill out judicial complaints, file Title 42 lawsuits and attack the liens of these corporate yahoos and we can turn almost any county around.
I have been known to be an optimist.
