Welcome to this effort to unite Americans behind their Constitutional Sheriffs. 

In late January of 2012, over 100 sheriffs from across our country met in Las Vegas and began to process of networking together for a better defense of the sheriffs’ role

as the chief law enforcement officers of their counties.  Also, and more importantly, they came to better understand their oaths of office and how that oath should direct them in protecting the rights of Americans.  Let’s try and get our sheriffs there.

But sheriffs need to know that an educated and committed citizenry is standing with them because as we all know, there are forces afoot which would like to either corrupt the sheriffs, or utilize them to actually attack the rights of the people.

That is why  www.constitutionalsheriffsposse.com  has come into being.  Please consider these action items.

1.  Make certain you have joined your county group as well as this national site.  Go to the Groups link and search out your county.  If you are so inclined, we would like you to consider being a leader of this county effort.

2.  Study the law.  Get a copy of Black’s Law Dictionary 4^th, 5^th or 6^th Edition.  You might be able to secure one via Amazon for less than $25.  Investigate the Doctrine of Laches, jury nullification and “acceptance”.  Also Google Title 42, Sec. 1983.

3.  Spread the word and help us grow to a potent network.  We are over 1300 strong right now, but there are 3100 counties in the country.  We have a long way to go.
