I was taking to a couple of people yesterday, that says Rod Hoops is a Constitutional County Sheriff, I am not able to confirm it anymore than this, sorry...

All I can say is that I know Rod and have known him since he joined the SO and Rod is a good man!

I know Rod too and he is not a Constitutional Sheriff. Most sheriff's in California are not.

Lloyd, I think we have been Facebook friends since the last election. I thought I met you at an event. Oh well with that said I have 29 years in LE and work at LASD.
