L.A. County may not have "oath keepers" for sheriffs (i.e. not a big fan of Lee Baca as he was in on the unconstitutional imprisonment of Richard Fine in L.A. County Jail for 18 months or more of "coercive confinement" w/o any trial or due process & continued to deny the press like "Full Disclosure" access for an interview.  He was one of many "political prisoners" unjustly incarcerated for exposing the graft/corruption w/in the L.A. County Superior Courts & CA Courts.  He was disbarred as part of his "punishment" for daring to expose the unconstitutional payments from the L.A. County Board of Supervisors to the L.A. County Superior Court Judges & for challenging the constitutionality of SBX 211 that was railroaded through the CA Assembly & signed hurriedly by then Gov. Schwarzenegger in even though it directly violated the 'ex post facto" clause of our CA Constitution.  The lead judge who should have recused himself was the one who instead made an example out of Richard Fine & sentenced him to jail w/o a trial on trumped up "contempt" charges.  Judge Yaffe is the one who should now be doing time & all the corrupt judges who received/pocketed all those "bribes" above/beyond the constitutional limits set by the CA legislature salary for Superior Court Judges should also be forced to pay all those BILLION$ the bilked from L.A. County back to L.A. County & be incarcerated instead.  The Richard Fine case was one of the most egregious miscarriages of justice w/in L.A. County in recent times.  Sheriff Lee Baca was part of the problem, and still is.  He needs to be replaced ASAP with an Oath Keeper.  Also, the militarization of our local law enforcement has been going on for years in order to federalize (exchange guns & ammo & high tech weapons & military training) local law enforcement in direct violation of local and state laws.  The SHERIFF is the ONE/ONLY duly ELECTED law enforcement agent, and he is more powerful than even the POTUS w/in his own county.  Unfortunately, Sheriff Lee Baca has proven he is NOT an Oath Keeper, but an Oath Breaker, and needs to be replaced now.  Then, and only then, can we the people in L.A. County start to reclaim our county & transform it from a "sanctuary" county run by drug cartels, gangs, oath breakers, and corrupt judges & supervisors back to a "sovereign" county of the great state of CA.
