A Conference to Discus How We Can Retore Our Constitutional Republic

I think that we all agree that our government is broken and that the three branches of government have become corrupt and have assumed power that was not delegated to them in the Constitution. Our country is in serious trouble and is on the verge of destruction.

Up until now, we the people have been spectatots and have allowed those representing us to have complete and total control the direction we are headed. Trusing Congress with our financial affairs would be like hiring a thirsty alcoholic with the keys to our liquor cabinet.

Believe it or not there are many amongst us that do not want to have a public forum to discuss our problems and potential solutions. They claim that it would be dangerous to consider making changes to the status quo. That would be like a person dying of cancer to refuse to discuss the possible use of chemotherapy because it may cause him to lose some of his hair.

It would be alot more dangerous to stay on our current course than it would be for us to consider following the instructions given to us by the framers of the Constitution. The idea to have a conference to discuss our nations problems is not a new idea. In fact in the summer of 1787 it was written in to the Constitution as a method to save our nation if Congress were to become corrupt and disfunctional. I believe that this has come and that if we the people fail to act we will be signing our nation's death certificate.

The solution is hidden in plain sight. This conference that I have been speaking about is described in Article V ofthe Constitution for the United States.

Washington D.C. is lost to America in regards to anything of a positive nature for the foreseeable future.  The duopoly party has been dumping their trash there for so long that it is no more than a destructive garbage dump.  What we MUST do is the only solution left open to us, aside from those outlined in the Declaration of Independence and that is to Negate, nullify, and otherwise ignore all the nonesense, treachery, laws, dictates, regulations, and destruction that comes from there. 

We need to reinhabit our state and local governments, and install constitutional sheriffs to keep the national leviathan out of our homes, schools and neighborhoods.  We may even need to get to the point of declaring that federal "laws" are, indeed, not binding laws at all and treat them as the mere nonsensical noise that they have obviously become.  Do we really need any more laws at all anyway?  Isn't every movement, everything any American would want to be, do or have, already illegal under some dictate, rule or regulation?  And let's not forget that many of the restrictions handed down by our ruling class is not binding upon them, only us of the peasantry. 

We need to get the general population to see the federal government for what it has become, and that is an oligarchical ruling class version of King George against whom our Founders fought and gained our independence.  In fact, I suggest we start referring to the Washington atrocity as "The King George Government" to keep it in its proper perspective.

In Declaration of Independence it was affirmed by Thomas Jefferson that it was the right and the duty to alter or abolish our government it it were to become tyrannical. We can not restore our Constitutional Republic without a discussion on about what we must do to return to the principles upon which our nation was founded. We need to decide if we can alter our government and if not we must prepare to abolish it. To fail to discuss the problems guarantees the preservation of the status quo.

I kinda disagree.  The best case would be to ignore Washington and treat it as the nusance it has become and force the government to become the aggressor.  That way we take the high road.

I too believe we need to take back our county, city, state governments.  But my concern is that it is too late.  Where I live being a constitutional person is a nut job.  Even the Sheriff will not give me the time of day as he is too busy running for re-election with the elite of the county.  The others running against him seem to be tied into the big unions and the power structure as well.  So the question is how do we take back our local governments when the local people really do not understand or care about the truth?

Bobby are you suggesting that we ignore the our responsibility as it was stated by Thomas Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence? Are you suggesting that we refuse to follow the provision of Article V in the Constitution for the United States? Are you suggesting that we the people of a sick nation should sit back and refuse to seek solutions?

No, I am merely suggesting that we postpone bloodshed and martial law until they become unaviodable.  Without a doubt, the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of tyrants and patriots but if we can starve the tyrants of power by negating EVERYTHING they do then that seems like a better course of action.

I can not agree more.  But here is a tough question for you ... are you familiar enough with your Constitution to recite the first paragraph by memory?  This would be the first step in learning how it functions as a shield from tyranny ... then study the design theory closely at www.nccs.com. Do your homework ...

If I may. I think everyone here gets it.

Problem is ,  the American People have no clue. Without them we are a small minority of nutcases. My own County Sheriff has stated that Sheriff Mack and his followers are domestic terrorists. This is the guy I was counting on standing beside me. The public is even more in the dark than this Federally influenced and brainwashed character. Our Judges are the same. In order to take back our Constitutional government, we need the people, but they're not with us. YET! What do we need to do to wake them up? WE need them!

Frustrating isn't it pa?

Let me tell you what I am doing. I have begun discussing the condition of our country with local small business people, farmers, little league coaches, community clubs (motorcycle, flowers, animal rights) to ask them if they can see an end to our Republic in the next 30 years. The $50,000 debt that the feds hung on each one of us was my primary red flag for these discussions. There is a real fear there in the hearts of Americans.  We started holding meetings once a week at a local fire hall to discuss these issues, and consider possible solutions.  (I expect our numbers to increase every week.) And the American Constitution is the answer. Once we get my town up and running I will recruit two others from my town to visit towns next door and do the same there. Three more towns on board. Wash, rinse, repeat and there would be 9 more towns on board, then 27, then 81 and so on. Would you like to add your town to the list? The only way we can solve this is to put the people back in control as the original plan intended.  No time like the present pa ...  Think this is what some in the Tea Party want? They banned me from their site because of this suggestion and refused to talk to me, ... I thought they were great before that. Beware the Tea party agenda, I no longer trust them, and neither should you.

Our government is The Republic for the united States of America. Here is a little bit of background

 The year 1776 marked America’s victory in the war for independence.   The lawful right to re-inhabit is inherent in The Declaration of Independence circa 1776.  The Declaration, one of our founding documents, declares our right to change, alter or abolish any system of government that we believe is contrary to the safety and security of the American people.  In concern for all of humanity, “We the People” re-inhabited our lawful de jure (meaning “by right of legal establishment”) government on March 30, 2010, by serving notice on the de facto corporation, known as the “UNITED STATES”.  A lawful grand jury in each of the fifty republics created a new Declaration of Independence that was lawfully served on the corporate UNITED STATES informing them that the original de jure government was restored.   We have claimed our right to exist as a free and independent people on our land, thus exercising our God-given unalienable rights as defined in our Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

 On July 21, 2010 “We the People” of the de jure government proclaimed worldwide and made our “Declaration of Sovereignty for the Republic for the united States of America” to The Hague (a.k.a. the International Court of Justice), the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and the United Nations (UN).  On September 23, 2010, the first session of congress was convened by the united free Republics of the re-inhabited united States of America.  The seating of the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of the Republic government were successfully established.  This was completed by more than the required two-thirds majority vote of “We the People” on the land of the independent Republics.  Delegates from more than 42 free Republics (States) attended, and officers for all three branches of our government have been officially sworn into office, lawfully electing interim President James Timothy Turner and interim Vice President Charles Eugene Wright, along with other established cabinet members with a presiding majority vote of 94% approval.  Thus, the Republic government is officially re-inhabited and staffed for the first time since 1868 by the will of “We the People”.

 The de facto UNITED STATES CORPORATION was unlawfully established by the forty-first congress in 1871 by deceptive means and without proper consent from “We the People”.  The American people were placed under involuntary servitude by a “Legal” system of laws that have continually violated the “Constitution for the united States of America”, “Bill of Rights” and the “Declaration of Independence”.  The corporate constitution was changed from the original form, wherein Amendments were unlawfully added and removed without the people’s consent.  Since 1871, the abuses of this corporation upon both the international community as well as the American people are inestimable and unconscionable.  De facto Congress has repeatedly violated their Oaths of Office, fiduciary responsibilities, and in many cases, committed treasonous acts against “We the People” of the united States of America and the world.

 We humbly come forward apologizing for the numerous atrocities we have unknowingly allowed the U.S. CORPORATION to carry out upon the international community.   It is our mission to establish the American image of truth, honesty, integrity and honor around the world.  Our plan is to rebuild our economy and support other economies around the world, fulfilling humanitarian needs.  We will allow our military to withdraw from unnecessary conflicts around the world and promote world peace and prosperity.  We intend to follow God the Creator’s command to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, and care for the sick, irrespective of creed, religion or race.   There is no law against these things.

 We are calling on the support of all Nations around the world to help us end the tyranny that has been perpetrated by the unlawful actions of the UNITED STATES corporate government.  We shall achieve this goal PEACEFULLY AND LAWFULLY, with boldness, integrity and truth, so help us God.

 As Ambassador of Washington free state my job is also to connect members with each other, get them trained and positioned with their skill sets, teach them how to sign up new members through the use of Affidavit of Status, Certificates of Citizenship, Declaration of Sovereign Rights and in time build Jural Assemblies in their counties to hold lawful election from which they can create Common Law Courts. Well, lets see Bobby ... a doctor memorizes the typical track if veins and arteries coming from the human heart.  This helps him understand the mechanics. He studies the typical rhythms, color, pulsations ... Nope you're right, memorizing important things will not do much, will it?

Remember the man who says 'I can not do it' never accomplishes anything.  The man who demands 'I can' rarely fails to succeed.
