Call was prompted by Obama's announcement of amnesty of "YOUNG ILLEGALS". He-- of course--did not call it amnesty. Representative's District Director said best way to get it started was to contact the Chairman of the Judiciary committee. The order must come from him. SO---the plan of attack is as follows: 1) Use the phone no. and email below to let THE CHAIRMAN know we want impeachment to start. 2) Call your representative and let him know that A) you want impeachment to start B) inform him that you have already contacted the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee to start impeachment and he (your rep) should follow up As always---and most important in this case please send this to your contacts EXACTLY AS I HAVE IT HERE. And many never listen.  Only to the bell in their mind. I told you the reason for the problem in being able to stop obama. hesentrenched in a secret society and one in here resents the fact that it cant be done instantaineously.

I have a friend in prison Davis is a true patriot. In the 90's he was the one who led the People gainst the RNC Elite. The FBI ran sting operations on him to take him down. Long story short He helped a person whom he thought was a freind but turned out to be a fed agent.

Through wile, lies and deceit they were able to stop his revolutionary ides. To the point that Mr Harry Reid was able to use his son to take the election away from the peoples choice.

No Sheriffs were there to help. If one had been there he would be free.

Impeachment is non do-able on this roach its best leave him to his own Hell which will be his in time. Our job is to enlist help from those we elect into law enforcement to help us the people to start mounting campaigns against  this tyranny or you will see many more patriots with the will to fight behind bars. Yes its ok to be aangry and frustrated but think!! This is about our last time to get it right. Pray to God and follow the wisdom you receive and study and learn how to succeed.

And these conversations tho not on the direct subject gives us pause and re-alignment to the goals we all have in Taking back our country. I have learned in my 68 years that there are times in life when thought is needed and action is only secondary thats why these patriot sites.

I have taughjt Saul Alinsky and his deceit placed upon us. i have decried this Government but above ll i have found that only through the leaning of natural law and orderare we going to make this change. We have many pieces to this puzzle now we need to put them together and i feel that Sheriffs,city councils,county Boards ids the way to begin this as in my area all know my wishes my Sheriff whom i want elected i have helped, Robert Muse ,  people! letsthen make the next step to figuring this thing out but dont say you are done and then leave it at that in this information site. 

If you wish to make a difference then make a thread which pulls our intellect toward answers. 

And as God as my witness if we the people listen to His word through education will we and only then  begin to mount a proper action.

And as to the post In my way i was telling you that Obama through missinformation and lies will stay in power until  we remove him by sending Electoral College people to the national to vote for another. I am going to be one of them. There will be many others.

Jacqueline is correct here. Impeachment means everything he has done up to the point of impeachment is legal.  This is *not* what we want to do. He must be removed from that office as an ineligible office holder, cancelling every single Presidential decision he has enacted. You can not kill a single hornet, you must destroy the nest ...

Impeachment means everything he has done to that point is set. It will be a travesty to leave his marks in our sand.  If he was never a legal President, then everything he has done must be undone.  Impeachment will not do this, only ejection of him and all his doing.

Richard, Roy and Joyce, you must stop these emotional responses and begin using your heads.  No impeachment, expulsion, or the weeds he has planted will grow right up your fancy self loving wazoos!

Timothy brings up a critical point. An impeachment has definitions attached to it. Yes we want him out. But we also want all his damage out also. He needs to be outed by conviction of many crimes, including not being eligable to ACT as president. We found him as an illegal imposter. All his documented actions conveniently prove the issues.

He needs to be convicted, not impeached! It's a better result for us. It nullifies all his signatures on Bills and Treaties. Nullifies all his czars and other appointments.

He needs to go right now, and every one of his conspiritors, yeah Congress, Judges, Lawyers,  and big time corporate and international conspiring contributors. It is called collusion! It's a chargable offense.

Who is going to do the "convicting?" Nobody in this congress has the guts; certainly nobody in the judiciary - Georgia and New Jersey have already passed on this issue. The issue in front of the Florida Judge is not likely to fare any better which begs a question: What are we, you going to do if the Romney picks Rubio, and the Republican party accepts Rubio as his VP choice.

The last sentence in the 12th Amendment says "But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."   Is there anyone beside me willing to withhold their vote for president in the upcoming election because they refuse to sanctify an an illegal Constitutional Act  with their vote? We are all oath keepers aren't we?

Obama wasn't legally allowed to run for the presidency according to the constitution, but he's a sitting president isn't he?

Simply said, neither party gives a damn about the constitution or their oaths. The folks in Sheriff Mack's organization supposedly do as do the folks in Oath Keepers. Both parties violate the constitution routinely (That's why we are in the mess we are in) so now we are faced with a choice regarding Rubio if Romney and the Republicans get froggy over Rubio. Since we can't get rid of Obama, what do you propose we do other than raise hell and withhold our vote for president in this upcoming election so as not to willingly sanctify with our vote what we know is "Constitutionally" Illegal. Also begs the question: Which is more important: Party affiliation or our  Constitutional oaths?  A life long oath keeper wants to know.

Addendum to my last: The following is taken from an article out of Western Journalism. It is self explanatory with regard to this discussion.

"According to a motion filed by Party attorneys in a Tennessee eligibility lawsuit, “…Defendants [the Tennessee Democrat Party and the Democrat National Committee] assert that the Tennessee Democrat Party has the right to nominate whoever it chooses to run as a candidate, including someone who is not qualified for the office.”

In numerous previous lawsuits questioning the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama, Democrats have maintained that voters, not the Constitution, should be the final arbiters of presidential eligibility. Though a disgraceful assertion on its face, such mindless rambling was about all that desperate Democrat attorneys had in their arsenals, apart from the perpetually employed “plaintiffs lack standing” defense.

But now, the cat is out of the bag, and the true sentiments of Democrat Party officials have finally been aired. It seems that, according to the left, as long as the acting president has the requisite contempt for the United States, is willing to work tirelessly to destroy the national economy, and will ignore both the rule of law and his Constitutional duty to enforce it, he is eminently qualified to hold the country’s top job."

Thinking ahead to the 2012 election and the possibility that the Romney and the Republicans are going to nominate Rubio for VP despite Article 1, Section 8 and the last sentence to the 12th Amendment, the question is: What are "we" as individuals going to do" if Romney nominates Rubio with Republican consent? Any ideas? This oath keeper wants to know.

We need to make a big deal about Rubio not being eligable. His choice on the ballot gives credibility and validates to the ignorant that OBummer is also legal. Now how is this a brilliant idea? We vett out Rubio on our own. I haven't seen it yet, but a few negative letters to Rubio himself explaining career suicide should get his attention. He has a good public reputation and it could get ruined in a couple of weeks if something unConstitutional bites him. Basically, does he feel lucky?

You can also vote for Ron Paul regardless who the party is pushing. He's going to cause some trouble for the RNC. They have no clue what they're in for. There are criminal charges filed for election fraud. That group is not going to roll over and die.

As far as which is more important, I didn't take any oath to a damn party. All I get from the party is lies, criminal activity, and pleas for contributions. Then they never hold up their promises!

I'm sticking with the Constitution and anyone violating it is the enemy!

I agree. We do need to make a big deal out of his ineligibility. You're about about validating Obummer's tenure if we accept Rubio's candidacy.

With regard to vetting Rubio on our own, that's will have to be a mass effort by organizations like this one, Oath Keepers and many others. I wrote a letter to the Florida legislature and Republican members of the house and senate (I foxed the letters I wrote to Congress) making a clear statement regarding Rubio's ineligibility. Included in that letter was the suggestion that Rubio could do the right thing by fessing up and declaring himself ineligible. Rubio got an e-mail, and snail mail copy of that letter - he's smart enough not to publicize his fax number) Do you think anyone responded? Nope, not a peep. Fox news and other conservative outlets got a copy of it; did anyone mention it? Nope. What I drew from the experience is we're not dealing with ignorance; we're dealing with lawlessness if you believe the Constitutional oath is to be obeyed. 

So again, what do we do about it?
