Call was prompted by Obama's announcement of amnesty of "YOUNG ILLEGALS". He-- of course--did not call it amnesty. Representative's District Director said best way to get it started was to contact the Chairman of the Judiciary committee. The order must come from him. SO---the plan of attack is as follows: 1) Use the phone no. and email below to let THE CHAIRMAN know we want impeachment to start. 2) Call your representative and let him know that A) you want impeachment to start B) inform him that you have already contacted the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee to start impeachment and he (your rep) should follow up As always---and most important in this case please send this to your contacts EXACTLY AS I HAVE IT HERE. No argument from me.  As I pointed out in another post, the fact of the matter is he sits illegally because the establishment lets him. Well, since the establishment is responsible for his sitting there, why not remind the establishment he's illegal and we know it but since he is there, we demand the follow the rules called for by the constitution to impeach him for the high crimes and misdemeanors he's perpetrated while pretending to be president. Believe me, I share your frustration

If the man is acting as president, but not being held accountable for his unconstitutional acts & treasonous behavior, I'd say that seems to be the fault of We the People. Tom a breath of fresh air.  its through  our counties and states where we will win this victory.

Ill vist the site but like all sites they pose questions and possible answers But when i sit in a court room and tht justice sees me with pen in hand he /she knows that i am there to take notes on them. I visit with provost marshalls and my group preform the same thing in eachcourtroom. We have a transparency commission established by only the grass roots people.

We visit all mandates one at a time. In lee Rices case the Judge aknowledged all of us and spoke of the time we the people took in his court rooms. He knows us all by name  so do the more nafarious. judges.The Feds know of us. but we have someone who guides us in our way.  No!   many say the words but we all must one day go forward together in that word.

Friends, it is time we bring this to a halt, education is one of the only ways! We have a course on the US Constitution that is an eye opener course, all it takes is a little reading on your part, about 1hr a day for 10 days and you will know more than 99% of the population.

As  a result of a Judicial Watch filing under the Freedom of Information Act, the USAF released documents detailing House Speaker Pelosi's use of United States Air Force aircraft between March 2009 and June 2010. The data are published in the Judicial Watch Verdict of December 2010, Volume 16, Issue 12. Here are the main highlights revealed by the USAF. Keep in mind that all the data below relate to United States Air Force aircraft used by one woman over a sixteen month period. Several of these flights included Ms. Pelosi's guests, such as grown children, grandchildren, various in-laws, friends and hangers-on. Over 95% of the trips were between the west coast and Washington , DC , for what you might call a commute between home and the office.

Total  trips: 85 over a 68 week period, or 1.25 average trips per week. Total mileage: 206,264 miles, or 2,427 average miles per trip. I'm new here. I was encouraged by the title of the forum discussion. I'd love to impeach this character as much as the next guy, but there are issues. As stated, he's not the pres. and can't legally be impeached. Even if he was, we'd need a 2/3 Senate vote to make it stick. The Senate today would never let that vote happen. Although charges could be brought against the Senate too, and force the issue. Why not take the easy road? One that this group has authority.

Here's what I expected to happen a little while back. When he was making a visit to Governor Brewer in Arizona, I expected to witness Sheriff Arpaio walk onto the tarmac and handcuff him as an illegal and several other charges, right in front of the Governor. Yes, he's got security. I also expected to see the Arizona National Guard and Oathkeepers back the Sheriff up, and demand the security detail to stand down. His safety is not in jeopardy, just his job and future residency. They could go with him if they choose.

So, I have questions. Is this scenario possible? Does AF1 ever land at military bases where this is possible? The troops are already there, why not?

I believe your scenario is possible but it's also improbable. The establishment allows Obama to sit illegally as president; if you listen to the conversation on the news, they want Rubio (who does not meet the Natural Born Requirements of Article 2, Section 1, clause 4) to be the VP pick for Romney. If you noticed, the establishment isn't paying attention to Arpaio and the reason is "nobody but us" cares. Arpaio isn't stupid. He's not going to arrest Obummer on the tarmac or anywhere else. He's not a coward either; if you look at the ongoing controversy in RI, where Biden's son dictated that the sheriff's up there have no arrest power, you have to know that Arpaio knows, and so do other law enforcement, that if we the people won't rise and call a spade a spade (most people are too stupid to know or for that matter care) then the local "sheriff" isn't going to risk all and make a fool of himself just to make a point. Finally, I will add that the people we elect's loyalty is to the party they belong to; not the constitutional oath they take. Add judges like the flunky in Georgia who chickened out, the one in New Jersey who did the same thing  to the mix and it should be no surprise nobody's going to do anything, least of all the "troops" who,  while taking the oath, really have no idea what the Constitution says regarding this subject;. (Look at what the JCS has tolerated regarding the transformation of the armed forces - no leadership by example there;  no risk takers with morals, ethics or standards either) It's a sad situation isn't it? It's sick too.

simply put gentlemen. we have a power that has usurped our representitive council. Facts are that Egos tentd to rule over time as normal people just want to work and enjoy the fruits of their labors.

Thanks Roy, I think your views on Sheriffs, the people, and the military are correct rational reasons. But how do we make any headway? It's not that he's our only problem. He's protected by hundreds of enablers. Do we individually charge each Congressman from all our home States? Do we have them removed for not doing their job? Who fills all the empty seats? Impeachment is only by the Senate. That's if we are honorable patriots that follow the rules.

Joyce is correct when she explained we were given the instructions to abolish the government. I like the Constitution that we were entrusted with, just not the people abusing it today. So, would that be abolishing the government or mearly taking out the trash from within it? The same rules of government continues, just we have new butts in the seats. Is the only remedy to have millions of people surround the capital and take prisoners? Or take them prisoner one at a time in their home State? Does that leaves the capital empty by default in a couple days. Just questions, as I have no idea how a return to lawful and legal government works. It's so simple, but it's not!

A government service team moved into her house to make her ending  easier.

I moved in put her on colloidal silver and food grade hydrogen Peroxide in an inhaler to clear the mutated virus out of her lungs and her system. it took me 3 months to have her breathing without the aid of Oxygen.

I had no less than 2 of the service team tell me it was for her own good to have them be here till she died .Yet in 6 months they found that what i had done had actually brought her out of her illness.   I since then have been studying herbs in general medical practice. Not as a doctor but as a loving Son. but through that period i experienced first hand their newly created death squads of the future.

I may well once more be ridiculed for a truth that is known but not believed.  But im past caring For im in this for the long haul. And i find that God makes a good friend.

We need all the people and all the sheriffs who believe in their oaths they take when put into position. theirs is an oath to Family, God and the people:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I am duly
qualified, according to the Constitution of this State, to exercise the duties
of the office to which I have been elected, (or appointed), and that I will, to
the best of my ability, discharge the duties thereof, and preserve, protect and
defend the Constitution of this State and of the United States. So help me
God."

As you see the oath is to the State constitution. then to the constitution of the united states, a secondary role. Remember the state constitution is a promise from the state to its people, where as the Federal Constitution iis between the State and the Federal government. This shows that the Sheriff is more inclined to protect his constituants and in the peoples promises for the establishment of posses to help the sheriffs duties if more participation is needed. in All states save 3 the sheriff can enforce a mandate for posse participation even unto jail time for those who refuse to serve.

People elect the sheriff in all 48 states. Hawaii and alaska have none and in connecticutt the sheriff is but a paper handler.

Joyce,  Snopes, i agree, isnt the most creditable out let but they have their purpose to inform. There has been alot of Democrats coming to disliike Nancy Polosi.  They are one,  and the info about the Airforce's own information shows them breaking their silence as to getting it out to the public. No! Nancy has stepped on too many toes . She is being targeted and i for one want to see her go.

actually its an agency controlled site. but in all agency habitat they many times will set into motion their own canabalism.
