Call was prompted by Obama's announcement of amnesty of "YOUNG ILLEGALS". He-- of course--did not call it amnesty. Representative's District Director said best way to get it started was to contact the Chairman of the Judiciary committee. The order must come from him. SO---the plan of attack is as follows: 1) Use the phone no. and email below to let THE CHAIRMAN know we want impeachment to start. 2) Call your representative and let him know that A) you want impeachment to start B) inform him that you have already contacted the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee to start impeachment and he (your rep) should follow up As always---and most important in this case please send this to your contacts EXACTLY AS I HAVE IT HERE. The impeachment idea has wings. What follows is a letter to our representatives that says what needs to be said on the subject.

Dear Sirs:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same"

The above is the Oath of Office you swore to upon becoming a member of Congress. As you will note, the word domestic is underligned.

We the undersigned members of the FLAlliance, representing grassroots patriots across the State of Florida, hereby demand that you uphold that office and begin impeachment proceedings against Barack Obama.

 President Obama swore the following oath "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States"

We have watched the President blatently refuse to abide by his oath by refusing to enforce laws passed by Congress.

He is now refusing to enforce our immigration laws and granted amnesty to a million or more illegals.

The laws of our Country are passed by you, the Congress of the United States. However, you have stood by and allowed and abetted this President to make you irrelevant.

We are constantly bombarded by emails and talking points in television sound bites stating he has no authority to bypass Congress.

The time has come for you, as representatives of the people, to stand up to the tyranny being perpetuated on the United States by "the domestic enemy" and move to impeach Barack Obama.  The citizens of this great ountry deserve no less.

Yes, we have had a couple of breakfast meetings with his 2nd, Jr.Sanchez, face to face laid the cards on the table and Rubio knows the score.  I read yesterday the the JUDGE put obama and his lawyers down for non eligibility in Florida for same reason. But we must move forward an push for impeachment.  We must move forward on every front and keep the pressure on.  Just saying it won't work, and doing nothing leaves us with germany 41.

If you've been watching the news and the controversy over Romney's VP pick, you hear Rubio's name mentioned frequently.  He's as ineligible as Obummer or at least I believe so. The subject article defines the eligibility requirements for the presidency. The flap over Obama's birth certificate is a canard. If Article 2, Section 1, Clause 4 is applicable Obama is ineligible to be president because his father was a British citizen (Article 2 requires both parents be natural born citizens  The justices in Won Kim Ark left untouched and did not overrule Minor v. Happersett 88, US 162 (1874) which established that a person born in the United States to citizen parents is a natural born citizen.)

The news media is pushing Rubio as a vice presidential candidate.  Senator Rubio was born in Miami on May 28, 1971. Senator Rubio's parents emigrated to the United States from Cuba in 1956 - they became naturalized citizens in 1975, four years after Senator Rubio was born. Since neither parent were "natural born citizens" at the time of Senator Rubio's birth, I believe he is constitutionally ineligible for the vice residency because he could be the president if something happened to Romney, the chosen one on the Republican ticket in 2012.

I am an Oath Keeper (Retired Navy Hospital Corpsman, Cuban Missile Crisis and Vietnam Veteran. Also a retired Criminal investigator, Public Defenders Office, Gainesville, Florida)  I have never violated my constitutional oath to the constitution nor do I intend to. My problem here is voting for something I know is constitutionally illegal. I refuse to do it.  Knowing history as I do, I believe the Republican party knew Obama was ineligible for the presidency but for political or other reasons not provable they allowed him to ascend to the thrown. I also believe that the "deal" as it is, is  a quid pro quo and Rubio is the deal this time. I'd like your  opinion.

Open letter to Republicans in Congress

 

I am a retired veteran and oath keeper sick of the debasement and dismemberment of American society perpetrated by feckless, immoral, unethical, and corrupt politicians who take the constitutional oath but assiduously work to turn this country into something the Constitution never envisioned or allows. The advance of the administrative state envisioned by President Wilson and furthered by FDR has turned industrious and freedom loving Americans into a nation of dependent parasites.[1] Today’s economy and the misery experienced by millions of Americans is the result.[2]

 

Watching the news media and politicians[3] fawn over current and former veterans who served this past Memorial Day was a stark reminder of how far this country has strayed from its roots. This country’s first openly communist/socialist president’s welcome home speech to Vietnam veterans in front of the Vietnam Memorial sullied the sacrifice of 51,195 Vietnam veterans and 54,246 Korean War Veterans who perished fighting communism.

 

The political establishment and the public’s tolerance of his speech showed how public ignorance of American values and world history has dulled their pride and senses thus calling into question the welcome home accolades accorded to their current Afghani and Iraqi brothers and sisters in arms returning home. I was stunned and ashamed that Senator McCain, a former Vietnam POW, other members of congress, and Senator Rubio whose parents fled Communist Cuba, stood silent. This act showed how morally bankrupt and corrupt the political establishment has become.

 

The ongoing constitutional crisis fomented by the administration provides Congress an opportunity to redeem itself by upholding the oath each member takes. "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same." This is the oath you swore to uphold when you became a member of Congress. Please note the word domestic is underlined

 

Similarly, each president, including President Obama takes the following oath: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." He has purposely ignored that oath. As an oath keeper and retired veteran, I demand you uphold your oath of office and begin impeachment proceedings.

 

Commissar Obummer refuses to enforce laws passed by Congress. He authors and authorizes unconstitutional executive orders refusing to enforce our immigration laws thus granting amnesty to a million or more illegals. His use of “executive privilege” to cover-up malfeasance in the executive branch is his latest effort to obstruct the oversight authority granted to Congress by the Constitution that is investigating the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and others. It is his latest effort to obstruct the will of the people, usurp Congress’ power and establish a dictatorship to further his and the democrat goal of integrating Americans into the socialist/communist/new world order he supports that international elites desire.

 

Congress passes laws the executive branch swears an oath to uphold. Congress’ silence has aided and abetted Commissar Obummer’s push to destroy this country, its Constitution and transform this country into a socialist utopia. Your inaction, political correctness, and feckless stance on the issues facing this republic have allowed him to make you look irrelevant. It has also allowed the constitutional crisis Obummer has worked so hard to create.

 

You constantly bombard constituents with emails and talking points. Television sound bites tell Americans Obummer has no authority to bypass Congress. You have an opportunity to prove your words are more than rhetoric, the Constitution is relevant, and live up to the oath you swore to.

 

The “domestic enemy" referred to in the Constitution today is President Barack Hussein Obama. The ongoing constitutional crisis is his and your making. It is time for you to stand up to tyranny, restore the Constitution, and the rule of law.

 

You can restore the Constitution’s relevancy if you disestablish and reform the administrative departments Congress creates that are not subject to “congressional authority.” You can also insure the administrative state created by Congress that the executive branch, under other presidents since FDR including Obummer, is rendered impotent and unable to ignore the will of the people by usurping congressional authority

 

Florida Governor Scott is exercising his Constitutional authority to clean up voter rolls thus insuring fair and legal elections[4]. His refusal to bow to the Department of Justice (DOJ) nullifies the Obama administration’s voter corruption agenda has my support. The 2012 elections are a referendum on this country’s future. This election is about more than the “economy.” My support will go to the candidate I believe will uphold his constitutional oath and responsibilities.

Our governments have become corrupt from the unconstitutional municipal courts all the way to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave!

The answer is here in your posts. you power lies in your cities counties and states. the effort you use together with others can remove this tyranny from your area .You must become fishermen. All it takes is one person,one sheriff,one city, one county and one state at a time.

The need to remove agenda 21 and ALEC are imperitive . there are even a few states moving toward that end. its up to us we are the carriers of this cross.

This sucks but you're right. Impeachment is impossible because he sits as president illegally. You're right about the treason too. I like the prison idea but that's not going to happen either short of a revolution. That leaves wishing Air Force 1 crashes over the Atlantic or Pacific with him on it doesn't it?

The reasons you give for "no impeachment" are factually correct and I agree with them. However, the real world we live in presents us with a dilemma - the establishment has legalized Obama and he's a sitting president. Since it's unlikely the system will unseat him for the reasons stated one this blog.  why not make the establishment miserable by letting them know that since they perpetrated and condoned this fraud, and he has since committed "high crimes" that under normal circumstances, would allow impeachment, they are obligated to use the system designed to try him for "high crimes and misdemeanors" and "impeach" him.  Just a thought.

Quisno and friends, this government is and has been in Rogue mode for a very long time! For now lets just look at the border and the drug running and gun running. Both sides of the aisle knows whats going on, we have 50,000 plus dead on the southern US border, the drug wars have failed, it didn't work in 1911 with prohibition and it wont work now. Everyday this Rogue government gets a little more bold with their unconstitutional actions, they give guns to drug runners and try to take ours away! The supreme court has taken a vote on our 2nd amendment God given right 2 times in the last few years, they dont even have the authority in the US Constitution to vote on our God given rights. Yet "We the People" the rightfull owners, we the kings and queens of this country say nothing! YES, the founding fathers set each one of us up as equals when we were natural born in this country, Sovereign equals(King/Queen). It is high time we start acting like Kings and Queens and demand adherence to our constitution(rules) and take back our beloved Constitutional Republic from this rogue public servant government! These federal employees are our servants, these people are the Kings and Queens servants! They dont do anything unless we tell them they can do it!

 

I will be the 1st to admit, my federal servants in Texas are Rogue, public servant john cornyn, kay bailey hutchinson and bill flores are all oath breakers and they all happen to be republican.

Friends, it is time we bring this to a halt, education is one of the only ways! We have a course on the US Constitution that is an eye opener course, all it takes is a little reading on your part, about 1hr a day for 10 days and you will know more than 99% of the population.
