Call was prompted by Obama's announcement of amnesty of "YOUNG ILLEGALS". He-- of course--did not call it amnesty. Representative's District Director said best way to get it started was to contact the Chairman of the Judiciary committee. The order must come from him. SO---the plan of attack is as follows: 1) Use the phone no. and email below to let THE CHAIRMAN know we want impeachment to start. 2) Call your representative and let him know that A) you want impeachment to start B) inform him that you have already contacted the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee to start impeachment and he (your rep) should follow up As always---and most important in this case please send this to your contacts EXACTLY AS I HAVE IT HERE. Hate to see any errors slip in and we miss having calls & email miss directed. NO TIME TO WASTE----THE WANNABE DICTATOR MUST/SHALL GO. Everyone needs a reminder Tim. You and others on this blog have presented things in different ways that have made me ponder some of the issues in different ways. In this instance, we are also dealing with a certain amount of "ignorance" because public education no longer teaches Western Civilization. Combine that with Political Correctness and multiculturalism, and in some cases, ideology that gets in the way of common sense and historical truths, and you see what we have. 

If I've made you think and you honestly believe what you say, then I'm grateful. Like you, I'm eternally hopeful, but I'm also realistic. Reality and history bites, but it's still reality and history.

I have done as you suggested calling the Chairman and giving them my name and information and made it clear I wished to have impeachment proceeding started right away.  Furthermore, I call my Representative and gave them all my information and told them that I had already contacted the Chairman of Judiciary Committee about having President Obama Impeached from office and that he should follow up on my request.  I also sent an email to any one I could explaining this action including a number of people in government.

I wanted to suggest to you all that you might not want to push this impeachment thing. Let me explain.  If Obama, or what ever his name is, is impeached, then everything he has done to this point must be kept on the books. This is not good you see, because then he has been successful in his mission for 4 years, and there are more evil men waiting to pick up the tools he has laid for them. Tools they intend to use on you! No this man must be exposed as an individual who was never eligible to hold that office in the first place, which would negate all the evil he has accomplished. Sheriff Joe is on the right path. Throw everything you've got in his direction and we might be able to clip this cancer off at its root!

Ahhh, but one thing I failed to mention ... you see my ancestors roamed the seas in huge wooden ships with heads of mythical monsters carved on their bows, screaming at the sun rise! (Think Gard with two dots over the a) Our Norse Gods told us dying with our swords in their sheaths was a sin with horrible consequences, so the battle does not give me fear, only dying in my sleep with my sword covered! 

That is a fun story ... right up to the point of dying with my sword un-drawn ...  That ... is reality ...

this is what i said to my representitives as they queried as to my
thoughts as to the decision on pbama care:
Today the Supreme court just told every one about their freedoms. 1. The Government can force you into contract (commerce). 2. That taxes are not taxes when levied as mandates of payment toward specific responsibilities of payment determined by the federal government. So the law passed in 2008 and allowed to be complete by 2013 is now Constitutional in the eyes of the Supreme Court. But the Tenth Amendment says that all laws not enumerated to the government at the beginning of the contract (Constitution) now is no longer given to the people. A complete reversal. I didnt vote on allowing myself to become hostage to a medical tyranny. I did not say that a Supreme court could suppress my freedoms. And i did not say that It was OK to place the justice i demand in others hands. I A responsible person to myself my family and my country. IM told that I must be held responsible for the bottom line of Corporations who have taken over my rights. What i want to say next i will not utter in here but remember the Declaration of Independence was made for times like this, And for the people of this Country. Well Sir heres one person who is not biting on the apple given to me today by a terrorist organization just formed) The HONORABLE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA they are not my Republic, The United States of America and its Common law. For what did Benjamin Franklin say when asked what kind of nation was formed? He replied and i quote : "My dear its a Republic if we can hold it" To which Thomas Jefferson added in his letter to a colleague: "The tree of Liberty must be watered with the blood of tyrants and patriots from time to time"
Dont they understand that there are many more of us than they?
Dont they understand that God made a place for us at the right time and in the right manner to over throw through what ever means admissable, to we who are soverign people to this nation?
No other means, even the Magna Carter, displays so well the will of a people whos only wants are justice,freedom and pursuit of happiness. That these people have the Declaration of independence designed to show a will of a people under duress and the direction it must take. Trillions of Dollars in debts given to us by the Central banking System (Federal Reserve)

Wall street controlled by these banks and Mega Corporations, even unto the Military Complex which David Eisenhower told us to watch out for. The taking of industries and giving them to Countries who we owe trillions of dollars of debt to. where can We go at this point Mr. labrador? what is our course of action against this tyranny? Hard working people trying to find resons for our demise. I have attempted along with others to penetrate the deafining silence to bring all professional and layman and Law- enforcement together. Sir we understand your frustrations for we are also in the throes of self doubt with thoughts of what do we do? But You will soon find as i have done that we are the masses. We are the effected ones and once more a pride in our nation is forming which These Controllers of men will marvel at . For in us is the power of our maker and for all of the power they seemingly handle will stop way short of the control of this God given nation and its people.

Obama must be eliminated from history as a President of The United States, and an impeachment is not going to do that! You have been told what the horrible outcome of an impeachment would be, why do you insist that this is the way to go? Do you have an ulterior motive sir?

The subject article defines the eligibility requirements for the presidency. The flap over Obama's birth certificate is a canard. If Article 2, Section 1, Clause 4 is applicable Obama is ineligible to be president because his father was a British citizen (Article 2 requires both parents be natural born citizens  The justices in Won Kim Ark left untouched and did not overrule Minor v. Happersett 88, US 162 (1874) which established that a person born in the United States to citizen parents is a natural born citizen.)

The news media is pushing Rubio as a vice presidential candidate.  Senator Rubio was born in Miami on May 28, 1971. Senator Rubio's parents emigrated to the United States from Cuba in 1956 - they became naturalized citizens in 1975, four years after Senator Rubio was born. Since neither parent were "natural born citizens" at the time of Senator Rubio's birth, I believe he is constitutionally ineligible for the vice residency because he could be the president if something happened to Romney, the chosen one on the Republican ticket in 2012.

I am an Oath Keeper (Retired Navy Hospital Corpsman, Cuban Missile Crisis and Vietnam Veteran. Also a retired Criminal investigator, Public Defenders Office, Gainesville, Florida)  I have never violated my constitutional oath to the constitution nor do I intend to. My problem here is voting for something I know is constitutionally illegal. I refuse to do it.  Knowing history as I do, I believe the Republican party knew Obama was ineligible for the presidency but for political or other reasons not provable they allowed him to ascend to the thrown. I also believe that the "deal" as it is, is  a quid pro quo and Rubio is the deal this time. I'd like your  opinion.

Tim is right. While I doubt it will happen, the goal is to undo everything the Imposter is done. That said, I think it goes without saying that undoing everything is a tall order; can't think of any member of congress other than Rand Paul or Jim DeMint that would like to see that happen. Again, Impeachment is a legal way to get rid of someone that is legally seated and elected. Nothing legal about Obummer.
